Events this Weekend

A Country Christmas

If you’re looking for a place to take your family for some holiday fun, then Fulton Valley Farms is the place to go! Starting November 29th, visit Fulton Valley Farms’ Country Christmas for beautiful Christmas lights, horse drawn sleigh ride, a visit with Santa, hot chocolate, and more! General admission is $5 and kids 3 & under are free.

Thanksgiving Weekend Triple Play

Have you been by Laser Quest recently? From November 29th through December 1st, save big playing your favorite game! Enjoy Triple Play this Thanksgiving weekend by spending only $19 per person. If your family is into games, then this would be the perfect opportunity to play!

Tanganyika Gift Shop Black Friday Sale

Who is ready to Black Friday shop? On November 29th and November 30th, Tanganyika Wildlife Park is having a Black Friday Sale on their gift shop items! This is a once-a-year sale that you don’t want to miss! You can expect savings on stuff animals, accessories, clothing, games, and more!

Carriage Rides in Old Town

Stop by Old Town Square this weekend and enjoy a free carriage ride! Enjoy the beautiful holiday tree and all of the festive lighting displays as you stroll through Wichita’s entertainment district. Come out on November 29th from 5pm-8pm to kick start the holiday season.

Friday Night Public Skating

It’s that time again! Come out to the Wichita Ice Center and get your skating on! On November 29th from 7pm-10:30pm, the rink is open to the public and everyone of all ages is invited. It’s $7 for admission and $3 for skate rental.

Santa in Old Town

Santa is coming to town! Visit Old Town on November 30th from 12pm-2pm to have your chance to visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus! Plus, the Wichita Police Department will have their beautiful Clydesdales for you to see as you celebrate the holiday season!

Illuminations

Who is ready to attend Illuminations? Come out to Botanica on November 30th at 5:30pm to see their beautiful garden filled with festive lights all around! The Gardens will be decorated with over 2 million lights and each garden will have a different theme. Visit their website today for ticket details.

Wichita Flea Market

Stop by the Kansas Star Casino from November 30th through December 1st and shop the Wichita Flea Market!  There will be over 200 booths available for you to shop at. You can find anything from antiques, crafts, and vintage items, to comics, artwork, jewelry, and so much more.

Pictures with Santa

Visit Wyldewood Cellars Winery in Peck, Kansas on November 30th for you chance to take photos with Santa! Plus, enjoy complimentary cookies, hot cocoa, face painting, balloon twisting, and more! Individuals who are 21 and over will also have the opportunity to taste free wine.

Lights on the River

Lights on the River is back and better than ever! Come out to the Wichita Boathouse on December 1st from 4pm-7pm for a fun and free family event! The event will feature holiday music, Santa meet & greet,  wagon rides, fireworks, local food trucks, and more!
